Your order of Den's Tea products can be placed by our secure website, our toll free number at 877-DENSTEA (336-7832) or by faxing to 877-336-7822. Terms are pre-paid with credit card or PayPal. Shipping Policy & Rates
We generally ship orders within 3 business days after being received. Occasionally, high order volume during special sales and the holidays require several additional days for shipping. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Orders to the continental US are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. The following chart shows the shipping destination and associated rates. Please call if you have special shipping needs and we'd be happy to give you a quote.

To our Canadian Customers: We will ship your order by USPS Priority Mail International. Our shopping rates do not include the custom processing fee for an international shipment that can be charged by USPS or UPS. If you have any questions about the fee, contact your local postal service office.
