NET30 - You need to apply to be qualified which usually takes 3-5 business days. Ask us for an application. We normally ask at least three orders and a 6 month business relationship before applying.
|Shopping Policy||Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after being placed. Your shipping charges are based on the weight of your shipment and automatically calculated when you "Check Out". If you have your own UPS account, we can ship under your account.
Please call if you have special shipping needs and we will be happy to give you a quote.
To our Canadian Customers: We cannot control the custom processing fee by UPS. If you have any questions about the fee, please contact your local UPS office.
You will receive the following discount based on the total amount of your purchase. It will be automatically calculated.

- We will replace the tea or refund the price of the tea and shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
