Wa-koucha can be translated as, "Japan black tea". Japanese black tea production makes up less than 1% of the entire production of tea in Japan. This sachet is not only rare, but has an elegant flavor that many black teas produced in other countries do not have. We wrap each bag in a foil pouch to insure freshness.
Brewing: Use one teabag and hot water. Steep for 30 seconds for a mild cup; longer for a deeper flavor.
