Mizutama means "polka dots" in Japanese. Polka dots are a traditional design that you will find on many teapots in older restaurants. Our Mizutama Kyusu is a modernized version that is smaller and cuter than the traditional one. The kyusu comes with an additional metal basket inside, but does feature the classic debeso (half-sphere) filter.

Dimensions: 9 oz / 6.5" D (including a handle) X 3.5" H

Arita. The history of pottery in Arita goes back to the 17th Century. Today Arita porcelain is usually characterized by bright colors and a combination of traditional Japanese designs and Western style elements.
