Matcha Chiyo-no-Shiro has a bright color and bold flavor and is very enjoyable for everyday Matcha drinkers. It is used as a practice Matcha for the formal Japanese tea ceremony. Also Chiyo-no-Shiro is the best choice as a premium ingredient for use in recipes, especially pastries.
