| Shopping Policy | Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after being placed. Your shipping charges are based on the weight of your shipment and automatically calculated when you "Check Out". If you have your own UPS account, we can ship under your account. Shipping Methods:

- We will replace the tea or refund the price of the tea and shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
- If the return is for other reasons, we will credit your Den's Tea account for the price of the tea.
